GET STARTED
First, let’s chat to discuss your needs, learn all about your company and your goals, so that we can make sure you’re set up with the right Social Media Management plan for your business. Then we onboard you, gaining the details and access we need in order to take on your socials from there!
STRATEGY & CREATE
We’re going to dive in and assess your current socials in order to develop the right strategy for you. We’ll create your first month's strategic planning guide, including your content calendar with content pillars, hashtag grouping, posting schedule and frequency, and all of your content if you’ve chosen that in your plan. We gain your approval monthly before going live.
LAUNCH & MANGE
It begins, we then run your socials! We schedule and post, get involved with outbound engagement and community management, and monitor the performance of your social media posts and content.
REPORT & REPEAT
We send you monthly reporting that outlines your social media performance and KPI’s. We use these insights to adjust our approach, create and then execute your following month's strategic planning guide, content, and social posts.

After your agreement is signed and sent back to TKL, our onboarding process typically takes 2-3 weeks before we begin posting.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Some results will be apparent almost immediately while others will take time. Depending on your package, we typically see results from about 1-3 months.
